Bathtub - How to Use 

• 1 Fill the bathtub with warm water (not too hot).
• 2 Add 1 Kaiko Herbal Bath pouch (50g) to the water.
• 3 Let it infuse for 10 minutes so the herbs release their goodness.
• 4 Gently squeeze the pouch to mix the herbal extract into the water.
• 5 Soak your body for 15–20 minutes and relax.
• 6 Breathe deeply and enjoy the natural aroma therapy.

Bucket Bath – How to Use 

• 1 Fill bucket with warm water
• 2 Add Epsom + Rock Salt, stir till dissolved
• 3 Dip herbal pouch (20–25g) for 5–7 minutes
• 4 Slowly pour water over body
• 5 Gently squeeze pouch and rub lightly on arms, legs & shoulders
• 6 Take slow deep breaths and relax

Herbal Facial Cleanse - How to use

• Take 1 bowl warm water (not too hot)
• Add 1-2 tablespoon kaiko herbal bath mix and let it soak for 10 minutes.
• Wash your face 2-3 times with that water.
• Rinse with cool water.
